Chicken Salad Wraps


Chicken Salad Wraps
1 leaner – 3 greens – 1 healthy fat – 1 condiment (per serving)
4 servings Ingredients: • ¼ tsp ground black pepper • 4 cups diced celery • ¼ cup fresh tarragon, finely chopped • 20 large lettuce leaves, such as romaine or butterhead • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise • 1½ lbs. rotisserie chicken breast, skin-removed, chopped • ¼ tsp salt • ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Directions:
1. In a bowl, toss together chicken, celery, tarragon, mayonnaise and yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. For one portion, serve 6 ounces of chicken salad with 5 lettuce leaves to make wraps.
