Basil Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps
1 leanest – 3 greens – 2 healthy fats – 3 condiments (per serving)
1 servings Ingredients: • 1 tbsp chopped basil • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper • 7-oz. canned tuna, packed in water and drained • ½ cup diced celery • 5 large green lettuce leaves, washed and dried • 1 thinly sliced lemon wedge (optional) • 1 tbsp regular mayonnaise • ⅛ tsp salt • 1 tbsp reduced-fat Greek yogurt
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce, and mix well.
2. Fill lettuce leaves with tuna mixture. Serve with a small lemon wedge if desired.
