Hi, I’m Mandy. And yes, the pink hair makes me fairly easy to find.
I’m Mandy Florence Mahon, the Mandy behind Better Call Mandy.
I’m a Utah real estate agent, wife, mum, coach and firm believer that some of life’s biggest decisions can be made a whole lot easier when you’ve got the right person helping you through them.
Buying or selling a home is a big deal. There’s money involved. Paperwork. Deadlines. Inspections. Negotiations. Phone calls. More paperwork. And occasionally a surprising number of people who all suddenly need something from you by 4:00 p.m.
That’s where I come in.
I Believe Real Estate Should Feel Personal

I didn’t get into real estate because I wanted to unlock doors and point enthusiastically at kitchen countertops.
I got into real estate because I genuinely enjoy helping people.
I love getting to know what someone actually needs rather than simply what fits into a search box.
Sometimes that’s finding the home they’ve been imagining. Sometimes it’s helping someone recognize possibilities they hadn’t considered. Sometimes it’s working through the practical realities of what they can afford, where they want to live and what compromises actually make sense.
And sometimes my job is simply helping someone work out whether moving is the right decision at all.
When you’re selling, I understand that I’m not simply helping you sell a building either.
Homes contain memories. They’re where families grow, lives change and chapters begin and end. My job is to respect that while helping you make the smartest possible move into whatever comes next.
Full-Service Really Does Mean Full-Service

You’ll see me describe myself as a full-service real estate agent throughout this website.
I mean it.
I’m not just here for the exciting bits.
I’m here when you’re wondering whether you’re even ready to move. I’m here when you have a question you think is probably silly. I’m here when we need to understand the numbers, arrange the next step, prepare a property, look at homes, write an offer, negotiate, work through inspections, deal with deadlines and eventually get everything across the finish line.
You don’t have to become a real estate expert just because you’re buying or selling a house.
That’s what you have me for.
And if something falls outside my expertise, I won’t pretend otherwise. Part of providing a full service is knowing when we need another qualified professional and helping you connect with the right people.
Communication Matters
One of the things that’s really important to me is being available and approachable.
Real estate doesn’t conveniently restrict itself to the moments when everyone is sitting behind a desk.
Questions happen. Things change. Sometimes you just want to know what’s going on.
So call me. Text me. Email me. Message me.
I’d much rather you ask me the question than spend three days worrying about it because you thought you were bothering me.
You’re not bothering me. You’re literally giving me the opportunity to do my job.
Professional Doesn’t Have to Mean Impersonal
I take what I do seriously, but that doesn’t mean the experience has to feel corporate, intimidating or unnecessarily formal.
You’re dealing with a real person.
And I want you to feel like you’re working with someone who knows you, understands what you’re trying to accomplish and is genuinely invested in helping you get there.
I’ll explain things in plain English. I’ll tell you when I think we need to look at something differently. I’ll celebrate the wins with you, and when something doesn’t go according to plan, we’ll work out what comes next.
Because ultimately, real estate is about people first and property second.
Happy Healthy Homes

One of the ideas you’ll see throughout everything I do is Happy Healthy Homes.
Because a home isn’t just an address, a mortgage or a number on an MLS listing.
It’s the backdrop to your life.
It’s where mornings start, where people come home at the end of the day, where families gather, where birthdays happen, where plans are made and where an awful lot of ordinary moments eventually become memories.
Finding the right home isn’t necessarily about finding the biggest house or the fanciest kitchen.
It’s about finding the right place for the life you want to live.
And that’s something I’m very happy to help with.
So, What’s Your Next Move?
Maybe you’re ready to buy.
Maybe you’re thinking about selling.
Maybe you’re relocating, downsizing, investing or buying for the very first time.
Or maybe you’ve reached the extremely technical real estate stage known as:
“We’ve been thinking about it…”
That’s fine too.
You don’t have to be ready to sign anything. You don’t even have to know exactly what you want yet.
Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
